Sew It Yourself: DIY Elegant Faux Fur Wrap

Materials:

• 2 1/2 yards 54″- wide faux fur
• 2 1/2 yards 45″-wide lining fabric in color of your choice
• Basic sewing supplies

Directions:

1. Cut faux fur to 16″x 85″ cutting through the back only without cutting the fur. Cut lining fabric to 15″ x 85″
2. Pin faux fur to lining,with right sides together and edges matching
3. Stitch 1″ from both long edges. Remove pins and trim seam allowance to 1/2″
4. Turn right-side out. The fur will be 1/2″ wider than the lining on long edges.
5. Turn raw edges 1″ and whipstitch together.
6. With lining centered, topstitch long edges 1/4″ from the edge to prevent lining from rolling to front.
